 Conduct regular evaluation of student progress, write reports and consider specific plan to help
students reach their language goals
 Plan, design and deliver English lessons, incorporating new activities, games songs etc as necessary
 Assist teachers of other subjects with their classes, actively participate in physical education and
other student activities, attend school event days and so on.
 Support and enforce school and academic policies and procedures; advised and supported students
and instructors as needed
 Coordinate with teachers, team members and other youth program leaders to ensure that the needs of
the students were being met.
